The ACT's Single Disciplinary Judge has opened disciplinary proceedings for six Euskotren League clubs for abandoning the Factory Flag
These six clubs are Shipyard, Arraun Lagunak, Hibaika, Orio, Tolosaldea and Zumaia.
Orio is one of the clubs mentioned by Judge Aitor Arrizabalaga/ACT.
The Single Judge of Discipline of the ACT has opened proceedings against six clubs of the Euskotren League for the abandonment of the Factory Flag to be played on 25 July in Donostia-San Sebastián, six clubs belonging to Shipyard, Arraun Lagunak, Hibaika, Orio, Tolosaldea and Zumaia.
In this context, the decision of the single judge states that, on 25 July, the coaches of the clubs, in the course of a joint meeting of delegates, agreed to the suspension of the regatta. Subsequently , six participants, all except San Juan and San Sebastián, left the area, with the trainers, before the time initially set for the regatta to be played.
According to the judge, the facts contained in the report of the Technical Committee may constitute a very serious breach of the refusal, official or otherwise, to participate in the races and activities included in the Association's Championship Calendar, as well as a serious violation of the image and interests of the ACT or of the conduct of activities or public statements that may constitute disregard or insult to the ACT, the governing bodies of the ACT or persons connected with the association.
The clubs (Shipyard, Arraun Lagunak, Hibaika, Orio, Tolosaldea and Zumaia) have five days to present allegations and provide evidence, says the text.
