Bidasoa Irun has reached an agreement with the Barcelona handball team, Miguel Martín Duque, to play on the team from next season.
Martin (Teguise, 2007) arrives in Artaleku from Barcelona with the aim of strengthening the yellow sports project. The young player has developed a prolific career in the lower categories: for example, he has been a Junior European champion with the Spanish team and a Junior World Championship. He has also managed to beat Barcelona in the Spanish Youth Division.
The canary has played 14 Asobal League games and scored 31 goals; he has also debuted in the EHF Champions League.
