Orio also dominates Pasai Donibane
Orio's streak continues unabated, and this Saturday they also won the victory by being the fastest in the Pasai Donibane regatta, thus continuing to lead the Eusko Label Leaguewith 11 flags, plus a newfield record.
Since the honor batch, Orio has taken command of the regatta in a quick way, keeping a small distance from Zierbena, Bermeo and Getaria, but as he has progressed that distance has been increasing. No one has jeopardized the victory of St. Nicholas and won the flag with a time of 19 minutes and 39 seconds.
In the first batch came Chapela, Ares, San Juan and Santurtzi . The Galician boat was the fastest in a regatta in which the lack of reference affected all the trainees, with 20 minutes and 26 seconds. On the other hand, Santurtzi took third place in the batch, which broke a paddle in the ciaboga.
In the second batch the Lekittarra has been the first to enter the finish line and has improved all the times of the previous ones, with 14 seconds less than Chapela, while Ondarroa and Hondarribia have been left behind. However, the Donostiarra has achieved the best time so far, with 20 minutes and 2 seconds, 9 seconds less than the Lekittarra.
