Bermeo orders Castro's crazy regatta
Bermeo took over the 14thCaixaBankFlag of the Eusko Label League played this Saturday in the rough waters of Castro. The waves and the wind have conditioned the regatta and caused trouble for all the trainees, turning the provisional ranking upside down several times. The Bermudians have taken two decisive waves to gain the advantage that has given them victory.
In the batch of honor, Bermeo, Getaria, Orio and Zierbena have faced each other, and thatBou Bizkaiahas broken a ri tosta , walking for a long time with one less rower.
They've all had a lot of work to do to keep the trainees under control, and they've been looking for the central streets. In the last long, Bermeo and Getaria have been pecking each other, while Orio and Zierbena have stayed more than 20 seconds away.
In the end, Bermeo won the regatta with a time of 21:20 minutes, Getaria was second to 12 seconds and only 12 hundredths morethan Hondarribia Getaria, winner of the third round.
In the second round, the Donostiarra seemed to have everything under control, but he took the second ciaboga badly and got stuck withthe beacon. They had to go back and waste a lot of time to correct the mistake, losing all the options. Hondarribia took advantage of that mistake, which also had a great advantage over San Juan and Ondarroa.
The competition in the first round has been centered between Lekeitio and Santurtzi , with Chapela and Ares always chasing. The waves have complicated the work of the trainees, especially Sotera. They have left spectacular images and water has also entered the trainees, but they have resisted the attempt to fight the batch. However,Lekittarra has been the first with 21:55 minutes.
