Carlos Alcaraz announced on Thursday that he will be at the U.S. Open, the last Grand Slam of the season, where he defends the title after four months without playing.
"Here we go (Now We Go)," the Murcian wrote on his social media, with the logo of the United States Open. The Palmar confirmed his return for the date in New York from August 30 to September 13.
The El Palmar tennis player, who won the Australian Open, his seventh 'Grand Slam', and the Doha tournament in early 2026, now returns to the courts to defend his US Open throne. The Spanish tennis player won his first 'big' in Flushing Meadows in 2022 and reached the top of the world ranking for the first time with that victory.
After losing two big ones like Roland Garros and Wimbledon, Alcaraz wants to finish 2026 with a good taste of mouth.
