Higinio Rivero, runner-up in European Sprint and Paracanoe
The Biscayan canoe has demonstrated a high level in Portugal in the sprint and paracanoe European Championship played in Montemor-o-Velho, making its best personal mark in the VL2-200, and remaining only a tenth of gold.
