Zuazo wins the Basque Cup after winning a very equal final for Bera Bera (23-25)

Zuazo Barakaldowon the Euskal Kopa this Friday after defeating23-25 Super Amara Bera Bera in the final played at the Zubikoa sports center in Oñati, in a tight and contested match.

The Donostiarra teamhas started the match better, strong in defense and effective in attack, and has managed to take the lead in the first few minutes (4-1). However, over time, Zuazohas managed to match the shock thanks to the important stops of the Ferreira goalkeeper and the mistakes of his opponent, who have come to rest tied (10-10).

In the second half, the match has remained very equal and both teams have had good moments. Zuazo has hardened the game in defense at crucial moments and, although less often, has endured the situation well, while Bera Bera has failed to take advantage of his opportunities.

In the final minutes, the effectiveness of the Biscayan teamhas been decisive. Permach, Saiz and López have taken the lead and Zuazo has managed to gain and maintain the lead. In the end, a Landerargoal has secured the victory (23-25).

This victory has been of great value to Zuazo, as the team in the second division  has managed to win the leader of the Warrior League, despite the international casualties of the Donostiarras.
