The Royal Society has won against Espanyol (2-1)

The Royal Society won 2-1 against Espanyol the match for the 3rd day of the EA Sports Leagueplayed this Saturday in Anoeta. The goals of Barrenetxea and Oskarsson gave the White Blues their first victory of the season in a match that they controlled at all times.

In minute 3, the opponent lost the ball in his own field and the Royal Society launched a quick counterattack that left Oyarzabal  waiting for the arrival ofBarrenetxea , who scored a spectacular goal with the right (1-0).

The goal has given peace of mind to the Basque team to slow down, but keeping control of the ball. The locals have been the closest to the rival area before a Espanyol who has found no way to reach the goal of Remiro.

The next chance came out of Oyarzabal's boots with a distant shot that forced Dmitrovic to clear the ball, but Oskarsson couldn't take advantage of the clearance.

In a corner, Espanyol  wasabout to score on his own doorstep , but the goalkeeper touched the ball to deflect it to the longline.

The Royal Society continued to try to increase the advantage, but before going to rest, Espanyol tied the match in a counter-attack in which Javi Hernández made a big center and Roberto Fernández th threw himself to the ground to catch the ball and score (1-1).

On the return of the locker room the script of the match has not changed and the Royal Society has continued to command in attack, so in the 61st minute it has taken the lead again. Oyarzabal has led the ball and given a good pass to Oskarsson. The Icelandic has not failed (2-1) .

The visitors responded with a shot from Moscardo, but Remiro put his fists right to clear the ball.

In the 71st minute Oskarsson had his second goal in his boots, with the doorman out of place, but the defense crossed too far and the ball did not reach the bottom of the net.

Guedes also had his chance with a header, but Dmitrovic had reflexes to avoid the goal.

The last few minutes of the match have been tense; Matarazzo has also been eliminated, but the Royal Society has controlled the situation well and won its first win of the season.
