San Sebastian and all of Gipuzkoa, ready to be part of the Cartuja party

With a view to the grand final of the Cup that the Royal Society will play on Saturday, everything is ready inSan Sebastián and throughout Gipuzkoa, as reported this afternoon by the leaders of the club, the Council and the City Council, at a hearing in Gipuzkoa Square.

The program of the main festive area that will be located throughout the Saturday in San Sebastian has been announced, where the citizens will be able to enjoy the extensive program, along with the other spaces and screens that will be located throughout the territory.

Where will the fan area be located?

The final of Seville will be lived in San Sebastián, where all the excitement of the match and everything that passes in Seville from the first hour of the afternoon will have its reflection in Alderdi Eder. Around the City Hall and organized jointly by the Royal Society, the Provincial Council, the City Council of San Sebastián, EITB and Kutxabank will host a festive space that will bring together all the fans who want to live this special day.

What time will the fan area open and close?

From 15:00 to 01:00, the surroundings of Donostia City Hall will be part ofthe Cartuja fan zone.

Can you watch the game in the fan zone?

Two giant screens will be installed to follow the game, connecting with the Seville party grounds and enjoying an agenda full of events and surprises.

Which artists will play in the fan zone?

The day will be animated by the performances of Eñaut Elorrieta, Go! azen, Xabi Solano, Gozategi and DJ Jonkass, and the presenters will be Iban García, Gabriela Uriarte, Mira Nogales and Alex Padilla, so that the day can have the necessary march and atmosphere.

In addition to the main fan zone that will be located in Donostia-San Sebastián, thanks to the collaboration of the institutions, giant screens and amateur areas will be installed in countless locations throughout the territory.

Eider Mendoza recalled that the Royal represents "the main values" that we Guipuzcoans share, such as "humility, teamwork, quarry, respect for colors, solidarity, community."

As the mayor of San Sebastian, Jon Insausti, explained, "We wanted to shape the feeling of white and blue on the street and that's why we organized a meeting point for all realists in a place as emblematic as Alderdi Eder."

"We want people in San Sebastian, Gipuzkoa and Seville to enjoy this great final. At the same time, I would like to encourage fans to respect the city of Seville, its institutions and its rival. We are going to Seville with all the feeling, illusion and strength with the aim of making a great match and achieving a historic victory," said Jokin Aperribay, president of the Royal Society.

Joseba Urkiola has pointed out that the final can be followed live on ETB1, on the ETB ON platform, on the sports eitb.eus portal and  as well as on Euskadi Irratia and Radio Euskadi. There will be a team of more than 30 professionals in Seville doing live shows, reports and interviews.
