Former Osasuna footballer Jacek Ziober died at the age of 60, as announced on Tuesday by the Navarre club. Ziober spent three seasons in Osasuna, between 1993 and 1996, in First and Second Division, scoring 14 goals in the red team.
The former Polish striker arrived in Osasuna in the summer of 1993 from the Montpellier, when Osasuna signed another player from that country, Ryszard Stanie; the historic Jan Urban, also Polish, was still on the Pamplona team; and, in the 1992-1993 season, before signing for Atlético de Madrid, Roman Kosecki had also been to Osasuna.
Health was saddened by the death of the former player through a social media message.
