Urko Izeta leaves Athletic to play in Cadiz

Athletichas confirmed that it has reached an agreementwith Cadiz  for the transfer of Urko Iruretagoiena 'Izeta', who will receive "a fixed amount" for the sale and will also "retain economic variables according to objectives, future sale and right of review".

The 27-year-old player played 16 official games under Ernesto Valverde last season, only three of them as the headline, and scored a goal.

A year ago, the Guipuzcoan striker signed a contract with Athletic until 2027, after a good season in Second Division with the Mirandani, where he played as a loan and scored 15 goals in 45 games.
