Mariano gives the Alavés a draw against the Lightning (1-1)

The Alavés tied one (1-1) against the Rayo Vallecano on the second day of the EA Sports League. The Vallecas team created more danger in the first part and advanced after the break. However, the Vitorian team recovered and tied in the final leg.

Before advancing on the scoreboard, the VAR canceled a goal of the Rayo Vallecano in the 35th minute of the first half. After a corner, local team player Pelayo Fernández touched the ball with his elbow  and later the midfielder of the babazorros, Pablo Ibáñez, unintentionally sent the ball to his goal, but the referee overturned the goal.

As soon as the second half began, Sergio Camelloput the Rayo Vallecano ahead in the 48th minute. The striker received the ball on the edge of the area ball, aftera move by Andrei Ratiu, beat several defenses with an individual action and finished the play perfectly in front of Antonio Sivera, crossing the shot.

The Alavés had to wait until the 84th minute to get the tie.  ThroughMariano Díaz, Ratiusent a bad pass to Dani Cárdenas , who had to leave instead of the injured Batalla ,\u00A0and the Babazorro striker took advantage of the gift.

Thanks to this tie, the Alavés has added four points in the first two days of the EA Sports League, while the Rayo Vallecano led by the Guipuzcoano Beñat San José has taken the first point of the competition.
