The Deportivo Alavés has signed José Luis Oltra as assistant coach of Quique Sánchez Flores for the 2026-27 season.
The Valencian coach has a long career of two decades on the professional football benches and last season has led SD Huesca in the Hypermotion League.
Throughout his career he has led teams such as Levante, Tenerife, Deportivo A Coruña, Córdoba, Granada, Recreativo de Huelva and Eldense .
The babazorro club has stressed that the Alavés has sought to strengthen its technical team with an experienced professional and that Oltra will help Quique Sánchez Flores in his daily work.
