The group phase of the 2026 World Cup has come to an end with a day full of goals and surprises. England has secured the leadership of Group L. Despite not convincing in its match against Panama (0-2), and Croatia and Ghana have also won. In Group K, Colombia has finished first by defeating  Portugal (0-0), and J MlllA0MlllllAlllAllllllAllAllAAllllllAAAllAlllllllAllAAlllAlAAAlllAAllAllllllAlllAAAAllAllAlllAAAlllllAllllAAlllllAAllAAAAAAAAAAlAAlAAAAlAlllAAlAAAAAAAAAAA ⚆

The team led by Thomas Tuchel has defeated Panama with goals from Jude Bellingham and Harry Kane in the second half. Bayern's striker has scored 11 goals in the World Cup and has been the top scorer in English history in the tournament.

Croatia has finished second inGroup L after beatingGhana 2-1 . Nikola Vlasic has overtaken the European team, but the Africans have tied in the second half.

In Group K, Colombia has confirmed its candidacy for the title  by imposing itself onPortugal . The South Americans have controlled the match and had clear opportunities, but have not found a goal. The tie has allowed Colombia to end upleading and leaving Portugal in a more uncomfortable position for the qualifiers.

The Democratic Republicof the Congo, for its part, has gone over\u00A0againstUzbekistan (3-1), as the African team has been able to react after losing.

Argentina, for its part, has closed a perfect group phase, with the world champion beating 1-3 to Jordan and Lionel Messi makinghistoryagain . The captain of Argentina has scored his 19th goal in the World Championships, raising his record  as the top scorer of the tournament.

Group J has also left a tie  betweenAlgeria and Austria (3-3). Both selections have suffered and reacted several times, untilboth teams   have been ranked: Austria has been ranked second, and Algeria has been ranked third among the best.
