South Korea has gone back to the Czech Republic to take its first three points (2-1)

South Koreahas defeated the Czech Republic 2-1 in Guadalajara in Group A of the World Cup. With this victory, the Korean team adds the first three points of the tournament.

In the first half, South Korea had the clearest opportunities : Kang In Lee's shot was stopped by goalkeeper Matej Kovar, and another attempt by Heung Min Son failed to find the goal.

In the second half, the Korean team stepped up the pressure and looked for the goal. Kang In Lee and Jae Sung Lee had one chance each, but Kovar's good stops kept the score tied.

After a corner, Ladislav Krejcitook advantage ofthe defensive vacuum to score 0-1head-on.

South Korea's reaction came in the 67th minute, when Hwang Inbeommade a big individual move, beat a rival outside the area and sent the ball to the edge of the net, making the 1-1.

The Asian team did not give up and the goal of victory came in the 80th minute with a big pass from Inbeom to Oh Hyeong Gyu, who sent the ball to the nets, going back (2-1).

After the first day, Mexico and South Korea leadGroup A with a victory, while the Czech Republic and South Africa have not yet scored.
