The Mexican Isaac del Toro (UAE) won the 78th edition of the Tour de Auvergne Rhône Alpes (ex-Dauphiné), the eighth and final stage between Beaufort and Plateau de Solaison-Brison (120.1 km).
Del Toro attacked 8.8 km from the top and celebrated his second victory on the finish line with a time of 3h.35.07.
The second place was for the Spaniard Juan Ayuso, one minute away, and the third for the Norwegian Tobias Halland Johannessen (Uno-X) .
