Charmist took the victory in the second stage ending in Le Puy-en-Velay after a long getaway
The Danish cyclist from the Uno-X Mobility team has travelled more than 200 kilometres on the day's getaway, and in the final climb of the stage, Charmig, Garcia Pierna and Braz have taken the lead.

The Danish cyclist Anthon Charmig (Uno-X Mobility) has won the second stage of the Tour\ u00A0Auvernia-Rodano-Alpes. 234 km . Saint-Martin-le-Vinoux and Le Puy-en-Velay.
Anthon Charmig (Uno-X), Baptiste Veistroffer (Lotto), Alex Diaz (Caja Rural), Nadav Raisberg (NSN), Benjamin Thomas (Cofidis), Henri-François Renard-Haquin (Picnic PostNL), Raul Garcia Pierna (Movistar), Vlad van Mechelen (Bahrain), Jordan Jegat (Total Energies) and Clement (Group) have completed the day's escape.
The fugitives have cooperated up to thelast 50 kilometers , when an attack by Braz triggered the pace, leaving Diaz, Raisberg and Veistroffer behind.
On the last climb of theday, at the Cote de Saint-Vidal, Charmig, Garcia Pierna and Braz were at the head of the race. The Dane opened a gap and entered the finish line alone with more than 30 secondsahead of the rear.
