Erika Mugartegi and Frida Watkins have defeated last year's champions in three games (15-8, 4-15 and 5-2), Helena Barrenetxea and Arai Lejardi, in the final of the Euskotren Winter Series at the Ezkurdi fronton in Durango, so the champions are the striker of Markina-Xemein and the Zaguero of Zumaia.
