Baskonia fell to Barcelona in a duel decided in the second half (91-97)

Baskoniahas lost 91-97  to FC Barcelonain the Buesa Arena, in a contested match that has been decided in the second part . The local team has started with a great , but the visitor has prevailed, with more success in the second half in external shots and a solid defense.

Paolo Galbiati's team started off strong and confident, led by Markus Howard, with a partial of 14-4. The local defense set the pace in the first few minutes, but two early faults by Khalifa Diopconditioned the inner rotation.

Despite the difficulties from the line of three, the Baskonia has continued to lead in the first quarter and has prevailed with a marker of 27-17. With the passing of the minutes, however, the Barcelona has gone up in defense and the difference in the marker has narrowed to rest: 51-48.

After the final whistle, Galbia has denounced the work of the judges and announced that the club will file a formal complaint with the Euroleague .
