Moncho Monsalve stood out as a player in the Real Madrid and the Spanish team, with which he played three European Championships and one World Cup. In 1972he began his career as coach, leading ,among others, FC Barcelona, Cantabria Lobos, Zaragoza, Murcia and Granada , as well as being the selector of Morocco, the Dominican Republic and Brazil.
