Behobia-San Sebastian ridges draw: 41,533 athletes and 17,287 seats
At the end of the registration period, the organizers will hold the Behobia-San Sebastián ridges draw on April 29. The half marathon will take place on November 8.
41. 533 people have registered to participate in the Behobia-San Sebastián , among whom the 17,287 ridges thathave been released will be drawn, which will take place next Wednesday, 29 April.
Last year, 28,000 athletes attended the prestigious half-marathon, and this year's edition is expected to reach 30,000 . Considering that year after year the number of participants is increasing, the distribution of ridges has been decided by drawing lots .The Fortune Club that organizes the race is of the opinion that by making the draw among all the people who have signed up in time, it is guaranteed that "the dorsales are distributed transparently" and that "all people have the same choice".
In addition, the organizers have explained that in the registration there have been two phases: in the first phase, athletes who have attended three of the last five editions, as well as members of the Club Fortuna, have signed up; and in the second phase, people who want to participate in the draw to take over the ridges that have been released.
Behobia-San Sebastian will compete on November 8 , 2026.
