Deusto wins the ARC 1 League and Hondarribia the ETE League after winning in Bilbao
Both boats will have to qualify for the September playoffs next summer at the highest level.
Deusto has claimed to be ARC 1 League champion thanks to his victory in the XLVIII Ikurriña Villa Bilbao Flag, in thelast regatta for the second male trainer category men, played against the clock in the waters of the Ría del Nervión.

Hondarribia has won the ETE League after winning the 11th Ikurriña Memorial Ane Aizpuru. The regatta was the last of the season of the second category of female trainees and has been played against the clock in the waters of Bilbao, specifically in the Ria del Nervión.
