The Irudek Bidasoa Irun has lost 38-33 to the Montpellier Handball in the European League and their chances of moving forward in the tournament have deteriorated considerably. The Guipuzcoan team forgave the French team in the first half and lost too many balls in the second half.
The group that has touched them, with Kiel eta Flensburg as players, is the toughest group inthe European League, so if the Germans play well, the Bidasoa and the Montpellier Handball will compete directly for third place, which allows them to win the quarter-finals.
The Bidasoa has started the match brilliantly in defense, but still has not achieved a significant advantage on the scoreboard due to errors in front of the goal. The Irundarras have forgiven too much and have only scored one goal, two or three goals in favor in the first 15 minutes.
