Questions and answers to the purchase of tickets for the Cup Final

7.1 Voluntary purchase of higher-priced seats:

The deadline for buying tickets for seats in and at the top of the priority gallery will open on Monday, March 30, from 10:00 to 23:59. 

The sectors of priority in the gallery and in the background referred to in Section 6.1 are: 449, 557, 556, 555, 553, 535, 539, 540, 427, 428, 429, 329, 215, 216, 217, 115, 116 and 117. 

 7.2 Purchase of the remaining seats in the South Goal:

The email will tell them when they can start buying tickets for seats in the South Gulf of La Cartuja.

No, each partner will receive an email a few days before the start of the game with instructions to download their entry through the RFEF App. The seat will be automatically assigned to the selected site.

1. You will receive an email at the email address indicated by the Royal in the registration form.
2. When you enter, you will have to choose the specific sector and the number of seats you want to buy in that sector.
3. If you have selected more than one entry, you must enter the code for each entry into the specific RFEF sales platform or portal.
4. Then press VALIDATE. It is important to note that in the specific platform or portal for the sale of RFEF tickets , a maximum of six access codes to the platform can be entered into the same purchase.
5. Once you have pressed VALIDATE and confirmed the information, you must fill in the buyer's details on the next screen, then enter the data of the person who will use the entry.
6. To finish the purchase, paywith a bank card.
7. You will receive a first email from the platform confirming the purchase.
8. Then, a few days before the final, you will receive a second message with the link to download the RFEF App and the credentials to access it.
9. Once the app is downloaded, to access the RFEF App you must identify yourself with the email address where you have received the credentials, as well as with the credentials that have been given to you.
10. On the other hand, if you are a group applicant or have purchased more than one ticket in the same purchase, the app will allow you to send it to the ticket owners with the SEND TICKETS option. All you have to do is click on the tickets one by one and enter the email address of the person concerned.
11. Finally, these people will receive an email with the RFEF App download link and access credentials to the app. 

You can join other partners if, after entering the RFEF's ticket sales platform or portal, you choose the specific sector and increase the number of seats you want to buy in that sector.
