Facundo Garcés, central of Deportivo Alavés, suffers a rupture of the anterior cruciate ligament of the right knee, as announced on Tuesday by the Vitorian club. The defense will be operated on in the next few days. Garcés, sanctioned by FIFA but authorized to train, was injured in a training last week.
In just a few days, two Alavés players have suffered the same injury: Mikel Rodriguez and now Facundo Garcés.
The Central could not play a game for forgery of a Malaysian passport. The Alavés has the option of signing another player instead of Garcés, but this new footballer should be without a team or contract, given his situation on September 1.
