Born in Erentxun in 2001, this movement will help Arriolabengoa to grow as a cyclist, after the last three seasons with the Cajar Rural-RGA team.
From the Basque Country Foundation they say that Arriolabengoa "has been in a professional platoon since 2024" and arrives in Euskaltel-Euskadi "with the aim of achieving full sporting maturity and providing solidity in the ports." This year he has competed several WorldTour tests, such as the Vuelta, the Volta to Catalonia and the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes Tour, and recently he was 20th in the Return to Burgos. "
