48 selections, 4 boats and Trump, the 2026 World Cup draw show
Mexico, Canada and the United States World Championship drawwill be held tomorrow in Washington at 12:00local time (18:00 in Euskal Herria). The 48 selections will be divided into four different boats from which the 12 groups will emerge.
These boatshave been sorted according to the FIFA Ranking , with a few exceptions, for example,the hostof the tournament 3 will enter the boat 1 regardless of their position in the FIFA ranking. The same will happenwith the selections that are classified throughthe reelection , the latter will enter the fourth boat.
The three hosts (Mexico, Canada and the US)will lead groups A, B and D to ensure that everyone plays in their territory, and Mexico will also play the opening game in Mexico City.
On the other hand, Spain and Argentinawill be placed on the opposite sides of the table , so that the only chance for the two teams to play each other is the final, since both are in the top positions of the FIFA Ranking. The same will happenwith France and England, which are in third and fourth place respectively.
The draw will feature the presence of renowned athletes, including Tom Brady, Shaquile O'Neal or Wane Gretzky, as well as envoys from the three hosts, Claudia Sheinbaum, Mark Carney and Donald Trump.

Bielsa, Koeman and Beccacece are the last victims of this World Cup
